Remote Assistance

Brief Description

Solutions Plus can provide clients with remote assistance, a powerful tool enabling us to remotely control a client's PC.

Overview

Using remote assistance you can activate a connection via a secure access server from the client's PC to Solutions Plus. Support staff can then observe what is happening on the remote PC, take control of the remote PC or copy files to and from the remote PC. The client can observe what is happening on their PC at all times and has the ability to take control of their PC themselves. Remote assistance is also an excellent tool for online training of new feature(s) in the software.
